In this recipe video, I show you how to make one of my favorite side dishes anytime I'm making Mexican or Southwest inspired food - Spanish Rice. Like most recipes, there are a ton of different ways to make Spanish Rice, the version I show you here is fairly simple. The real key, as with any rice dish, is to make sure you use the proper techniques to get the rice cooked right...not mushy, and not hard.
