Five Perfect Summer Recipes
There's something special about Summer. The air smells cleaner, the wine tastes better, and grass (really is) greener. Why not make sure you've got some great food to celebrate the great weather. Here are five of my favorite summer time dishes!
Shrimp, aside from being absolutely great in and of themselves, are also a great vehicle to carry other flavors. As such, they are common is just about every major cuisine around the world (at least those near water!), and they are also one of my favorite ingredients.
