And we have got Steak Sauces! Learn how to make the classic peppercorn & cognac sauce. Compound butter sauces, with rosemary, thyme, chives, etc. The easiest steak sauces to make tend to be pan sauces; just a bit of booze, deglazed in the pan you cook the steak in, some stock, reduced down...finished with a healthy knob of butter.
